Does anyone know if the Split commanders hatch on an M4 Sherman tank rotate. Also, did the 50 cal. Rotate around the commanders hatch? Thanks.

Yes, the whole cupola was rotatable but the Gun pintle for the 50 Cal remained fixed to the cupola and did not rotate around it. It only rotated with the whole cupola remaining in a relative position to the split hatches
