I wish you all the luck. I contacted them twice to see how could I replace some badly warped parts for a Tiger I from their first run. No answer ever.

I not sure what the are like for parts but I contacted them as I had the wrong set of instructions for one of their models. They were quick to respond and sent me a PDF of the instructions and an apology.
