I know that this has been discussed, at length but feel compelled to post. I finally bought a bottle of Liquitex Flow Improver and couldn't be more pleased. I added one drop of it to ten drops of Vallejo Model Color and have given up looking for "better" paint. I will still use a few other brands, simply due to range and adherence. Looking forward to trying it in a couple of other acrylic brands.

Hey Matt,I usually spray Vallejo with the Vallejo flow improver,it has worked for me.How does the Liquitex compare price wise and quality to their stuff ?

I am new to airbrushing. I struggled with vallejo until I got flow improver as well. I use vallejo's flow improver like Anthony does and swear by it now. Has anyone tried both vallejo and Liquitex? I am curious which works better with vallejo paint.

My local stockist doesn’t carry the Vallejo Flow Improver, so I tried Liquitex. It has worked with all of my true acrylic paints and with the inks I use as well. It really breaks the surface tension and completely changes the spray characteristics for the better. If I start to do airbrush reviews again, I’ll definately include it in my spray testing.

I have not tried Vallejo flow improver. The Liquitex cost $10 for a lifetime supply.
