Last year I did a pre-order with Hobby Models for the AVLB kit. Realize the scarcity so after a year of waiting I notified them I was cancelling my order. I was informed I had a store credit for what I had spent. I tried to use it on another pre-order (Takom Jagdpanther w interior) didn't work so I paid for it then contacted owner and told him I would like to purchase that Takom 16t crane kit with my credit. I have sent 2 messages and received no response back. So far I have had 0% fullfillment with these guys. Has anyone done any business with them. They have any contact method other than an email?

So how did you make your purchase ? Was it A Internet Sale ? Or did you use Ebay. And in which region was the seller from ! If its from A Different Country then you have little choice other than Informing others NOT to have Business with this Company !!!!!! When Ordering Anything; Never order from A vender who is Not Well Known !!!
