Were any British armored cars, stationed in England, painted SCC 2 brown /black ? All I find reference to are Post Normandy (SCC 15?) , Middle East/ Med schemes and Khaki Green 3 and brown camo.

Almost certainly, given that some would have been built while SCC2 was the official colour.
