Could anyone tell me where I might find online, a good concrete color paint? Or what paints to mix for the appropriate concrete color? for 35 scale.
Thanks all

I use different shades of grey to portray concrete. Start dark and keep drybrushing lighter shades, with lighter brushing each time after. Weathering according to the setting you are looking for .... mossy greens for damp areas, browns/earths for dirty or stained areas and dusty sand colours for dry sandy areas.
Nice effects can be made dragging pastels of a different shades downwards with a damp brush ... blacks, greens, browns, yellows, etc.
The colour choices m1garand has suggested probably would be perfect, but remember its not often you will see concrete just one monotone grey.

Hey I order a lot of paint from http://www.testors.com/ I recommend the Polly Scale concrete colors. I think it is under railroad acrylics on the Testors site.
