Very interesting photos!!! Were these taken pre-invasion June 1941 or after? After the invasion you would think there would be plenty of real T-34's around!

These are some great photos! Would make for some interesting dioramas showing the war behind the front lines. Thanks for posting these.

The general belief has been that the T-34 (and the KV-1) came as an unpleasant surprise to the Germans almost immediately after the invasion, so presumably these training mockups were made later.
