Trumpeter replacement sprues?

So I lost a T-62 hatch. Now it seems that I'm looking at buying a whole separate kit just to replace it. Anyone ever gotten a replacement sprue?

I tried once, I e-mailed them and they said send $10 to an address in China - and that was it. NOTHING, NADA, NICTO.

I emailed the part replacement dept. got an immediate response. paid and and the new sprue in 3 weeks.
