My modeller has made me a Sdkfz234/2 Puma with whitewash, plant camouflage and 20th Panzer Division insignia.

I would like to rectify two small issues. Kindly ask for any tips.

1. The insignia was applied with some bubbles underneath.

2. The barrel interior was not trimmed properly.

How do you reckon the overrall quality of the work? I need another truck and armoured car to be built for a diorama. Just want to make sure the skill level is a right fit for the job.

I am a little suspicious about the joint between the upper and lower hull "shells". To judge it completely I would need better images.

Silvering of decals (trapped air underneath).
Maybe, but I am NOT sure about this, MicroSol and/or Microset could soften the decal sufficiently so that it could be pressed down to get rid of the trapped air. The problem is usually caused by placing the decal on a matt/flat surface. When the water dries out there will be pockets of air underneath the decal. I set my decals in a drop of acrylic laquer and make sure there is laquer under the whole decal.
In this way I create a surface which fits the underside of the decal.
It is difficult to fix this after weathering et.c. ...

Fixing the fuzz in the muzzle brake could be easier if you have very small needle files which fit inside the openings.
An option is to get a small screwdriver and reshape the blade to be like a small chisel.
In any case you would need to repaint the insides of the muzzle brake

Hi Robin

Did not expect a reply from the moderator..haha. Thank you for commenting in my post!!!

Both Front and Rear. I think the assembly is a bit off.....

Although I like the paint effects, now I am not sure if I should order more from the same modeller..

The work on the underside is very nice, though.

The painting technique is very good, just the assembly and small details like the decal and fuzz in muzzle brake, which can be significant issues in the eyes of professional modeller.
