Yes, it looks like they back-dated the tires to the WWII style and added a "new" sprue with updated 8" parts.

And transport dolly too! Looks like the model comes with a new set of tires plus the WWII dolly, which is a good thing. The post WWII version (old AFV kit) had the heavy lugged tires and the newer dolly of the Korean War version.
