Shop und Service ist ganz normal wie bei jedem Shop, Teile sind allerdings großteils Müll, es gehört Glück dazu, gute Qualität des Resins zu erwischen.Ich habe einige Teile, die ganz verschiedenarrtig sind, obwohl es genau die gleichen BestellNummern etc. sind..Probiere dein Glück

Ich dachte mir einen Famo F3 Guss zu bestellen, hatte aber Zweifel wegen Qualitaet.Jetzt weiss ich, dass ich lieber selber machen soll was ich brauche!
I eyebaled a particular Famo F.3 detail, but had some doubts about quality of casting. Now I know I should scratch what I need,

In short- shop service is OK, but quality is hit and miss.

I had no problems with the quality of the DEK parts that I bought in Germany. But DEK is quite small, compared with other Real Model kits. I wish that some other AM companies would make a better DEK.

Curiously, Real Model is the only model manufacturer to have made the Driver Enhancement Kit and the Mine Protection kit.

Essentially:
"Shop and Service is quite normal as with any shop, but (kit) parts are mostly rubbish; it is luck (of the draw) catching good quality resin parts. I have some kits that are very different in quality although they are exactly the same order number etc. Try your luck."

I have ordered various wheel sets from them.
Swift delivery (maybe due to the fact that is is in Europe), fair prices and good qualities.
But these orders were 2 years back.
