According to the ex-owner (Victory Memorial Museum), this Sarolea 38H side-car has retained its original 1940 color :
A mix with Tamiya paint is given in this thread about the Belgian Army T13 tank destroyer (but I don't know if it matches the pics above...) :

That's about the same as in Blitzkrieg Armor.
