Morning all, was just wondering if anyone would know if there were any outer changes to the Panhard 178B besides the FL-1 turret. I am thinking of getting the ICM kit and trying to convert it to the B. I've got the 1/72 RPM kit and want to try and use it's parts as a pattern. Thanks in advance for any and all help. Wayne

AFAIK, the "B" version was fitted with a new engine and a new radio set as well, but I believe this did not change the outside...One visible difference is the protected spare wheel fitted to the left side :

According to the late Pascal Danjou's book about this armored car, the hull of the Panhard 178 on display at the Saumur Museum is in fact a backdated "B" hull :

Appreciate it Frenchie, would like to do an Indochina one, but wanted to make sure there no major outer changes. They used so many oddball vehicles that I would think it would be a good possible build campaign. Wayne
