Very nice job! I think the subdued colors of the overall paint job looks really good. Seems like the Tiger almost blends into the street.

Nicely done! What did you use for the bent-up side fender? I really like the low-key camo you chose as it looks dusty & tired. Great choice on the figures too.

Easily done. You have to cut the individual fenders and use a lighter to soften the plastic and bend it with a pair of tweezers.

I've had some luck using lead foil instead of melting the plastic as you described. Have you tried that way as well? It's also great for the distorted exhaust shields as it dents and even tears realistically.
