I know this set says U.S Marines, my question is can they be used as U.S. Army infantry? And if so, would it be the DCU pattern?
I would like them in a diorama with a Bradley I'm building.

Nope I don't think so. Different uniforms, LBE's and weapons as well.

I think they can be used as US army figures, because they are wearing the interceptor body armor but you will have to paint it in woodland camouflage not in coyote brown color (USMC). Time period for this equipment 2003 to 2005 for irak theater.
Not sure for the weapons.
