If the LAV III/Stryker is the modern Canadian/American equivalent of the Sd.Kfz 251, then that thing is the Sd.Kfz 250.

The white colour is correct for Canadian AVGPs deployed to Somalia.
The UN markings are not correct. The Canadian Grizzly and Cougar AVGPs were originally slotted for deployed with UNOSOM but the mission changed to UNITAF. As a result the vehicles remained white but the UN markings were never applied.
Canadian Cougar AVGPs in Somalia had large number and letter call signs added to the hull sides and turret storage box.
Why did you leave off the curved deflector guard on the engine grills?
