I've visited not only several facilities in Osh Kosh, sub contractors, but also the fielding team where they're finalized. They come from the factory with nothing. Not even a spare tire mount. All of the additions are done elsewhere - belly armor, three lens DEV, and what little can be salvaged from HMMWV's - OGPK kits, and radio racks, gunners platform... At any rate, the NATO camouflaged vehicles are being processed right now.
