I think Amusing Hobby also had a kit of this thing.
It was actually more advanced than a paper project since there was a plywood mock-up (HolzPanzer)

If you look closely at the box top you will see the Amusing Hobby logo in the lower right corner. So it is their kit, perhaps with some additional details like Das Werk has done with other kits.
