Just wanted to know what is this spinning Vee insignia means, I'm a little bit confused on how it should be positioned, i.e arrow pointing up, down,left or right. I saw one bradley tank model which has a different vee pointing position, it looks awkward...

The Spinning V insignia is a tactical marking system. The mark rotates sequentially in a clockwise direction like this:
