Gray... The German Army contracted with a variety of German textile and clothing manufacturers to produce their various military clothing requirements. Feldgrau, for example, was/is made in a nearly infinite variety of shades and hues from the early 1910s right up to today's "dress" uniforms.

Pick a color you like and run with it. I've said it time and again- There is no such thing as a "correct" color. The human eye perceives color differently between any number of different people- Ask ANY ophthalmologist...

@Brock, Thanks.

@Dennis, I don’t disagree in general but I like the look of the color used for the shirt and want to try to replicate it. Looking at the Vallejo colors a Luft Grey 816 is closer then Feldgrau 334 from what I can tell.

Use whatever you want-

Question: Why would a HEER Tanker be wearing a Luftwaffe shirt..?

Idk, don’t really care what the color is called just try to match painted color as I like the look.

Thanks Dave.

Now, talk about PERCEPTION-

To ME, the color of that shirt looks like a nice match to WWII Luftwaffe RLM 76...
