The restored vehicles belong to members of "Brother in Arms" Reenacting Club.

It's GREAT to see this kind of fantastic restoration work and GREAT diversification from the "norm"!!! Not many people outside of Bulgaria are aware of the serious role Bulgaria played during World War II...

I'm not aware about the Phänomen, but I do know the Steyr 640 was restored entirely with original parts.It is my favorite BG WWII era vehicle and with close to 400 units availabe it was also the backbone of BG Motorized Infantry units.
Hope these guys will continue their splendid job in restoring historical BG vehicles, thus keeping alive spirit and traditions!
