I'm looking for color references that cover the Hobby Boss AAVR-7A1 recovery Amtrak. Seems that the majority of the hull interior would be the same Sea Foam Green as the M113 series? Color images of the 1:1 item would be a large help!

I have pics somewhere, away from home at moment but can provide when I return.
Sea foam green is too bright, look for Pale Green. Mig has a really good match and I think it is "APC Interior Green."

My thanks to all for your suggestions. The wife is leaving for a week, and that's the time where the airbrush will be busy. I'll try posting images as it moves along.

Finally returned home. Here are some interior photos, not of the R7 but hopefully provides good color reference.

If interested in an odd-ball R7, here several pics of the R7 at Amphibious Vehicle Test Branch '97-'99 time frame. It had the Bradley suspension but was not fully modified to RAM/RS (yet). While it had the old VT400 engine, they modified the exhaust to an "overboard exhaust" so the exhaust wasn't blowing right at the crane operator when at high RPM. It was just a regular exhaust tube pointed out to port similar to the RAM/RS but, was not a muffler and had a small screen over it for protection. The orange hatches indicated the vehicle belonged to AVTB and the orang "blocks" on port and starboard were depth measurement markings. Not often you come across a colorful AAV as their regular/daily makings.

OK, the interior overall light green is on and curing. Question: What would be the standard color on the inside portion of the overhead cargo bay doors/hatches? Is there a softer surface that is paddded, a visible black rubber seal/gasket?

Hatches (inner portions) are NATO green, as is the deck and interior of the ramp. On drawings it is referred to as "GREEN 383." Inside of driver, VC & TC hatches have padding that looks black with tinge of brown in the right light.

Thanks again. I noticed the black/brown of the driver seat cushions, and they appear the same as those in many of the M113s/M114s I drove/serviced "in the day". Especially when stepped on a few thousand times.

Had to dig a little but found couple shots I had stashed away of inside of the driver and TC hatches. These look fresh from the field before getting a good wash down. Probably looks identical to your M113 experience. The VC on the R7 is the same as the VC on the P7. Also have one of both cargo hatches open – these are all P7s but color wise will be same on R7. Finally, a shot of the TC and driver station to show the color differences between bulkheads and deck.
