A Kharkov 2nd SS PvIV in winter whitewash was shown in a photo feature recently (2-3 weeks ago), but I wasn't able to find it, or recall who built it. It did look pretty good, though. I'm not much into modern armor, but this one is tempting.
Even my pick-up is panzer grey.

Update; that Border PzIV was built by Bob Edwards and can be seen in the "Features" forum.
