For which kit? The barrels are often different depending on the kit maker.

I was trying to find that info when I was writing the news, but no luck. I'll contact Andrei and let you know what he says.

This looks like a really nice multi-part replacement barrel but the market is fairly saturated with offerings from other companies so I would like to know what differentiates this from, say, the Aber offering? Edward?, etc.

This barrel is made according to historical drawings. My company doesn't copy plastic parts. Installs on all models of the Jagdpanther. The barrel was tested on the MENG model.

It looks very nice, but barrels often fit differently depending on the kit. Have you "dry fit" this barrel to the Dragon Jadgpanther, for example?

My opinion: this type of barrel would not cause difficulties for the modeller. This is a "classic" barrel. More complicated models of tanks having "in-depth" barrel (Merkava, Leopard, Magash..) produced by different manufacturers. Without adjusting the barrel size for a particular model is usually not enough because of the geometric errors of the model manufacturers.

Thank you for that info Andrei; as I'm a sucker for beautiful multi-piece muzzle breaks I'm definitely interested. However, availability & price-point will be the deciding factors, as usual.
