If you mean 37049 US Marine Tankers ar Rest, the three crew just in the nomex coverall are fine. The one in the vest is a no-go.

The basic nomex tanker's coverall hasn't changed much in any way noticable in 1/35.

Just make sure to use older style CVC and PGST style vests.

And they were uniformly green in the 1990s.

37008 USMC Tank Crew all have vests so cannot be used for 1991.
