Does anyone know if Dan Silvestru is still around?

I paid for some resin kits many months ago and with various delays et.c. the time for complaining with PayPal has passed.

I got a response on the 28th of MArch 2019 where he wrote:
"Helo Robin,next week i will return in romania and i will send"

Is he still alive? Serious accident? Took my cash and ran away?

As I can see, he was still alive in the first days of Mai....
