Beautiful model, my friend! Well done on the splinter cammo. Fantastic all around!

I also love that you have given it a satin finish. I have always felt that this gives a more realistic appearance to a model than straight matt.

Beautiful model, it's a subject that is rarely seen and your representation of it is top notch. Congrats !

Hi!
You did a realy good job in building and painting this model kit. However you might want to change the towing rope. Strv 103 used, according to its I-Bok and my own pictures and research, a 6m long rope of 34mm diameter with VERY large loops at both ends.

You can see it here:

Otherwise, very very well done!

Hi Jacob,

Your model is really beautiful. When I built my STRV-103 model, the camo you represented was way beyond my that-time-skills so I made a simplified winter camo (green and white). So all my congrats for your job, it is an excellent model!!!

Good luck with your next project.

Tamás

Your build is an inspiration to me. I built this kit back when it was first released (no PE or indi tracks back then) and have wanted another shot at it with the aftermarket items. I see that they really do dress up the kit, so your build makes me want to move the kit to the front of my pile.
