They have most of the parts already so hopefully it will not drag on too long

Oh Gino, you saw this coming the minute you started you project....
It's the natural order of things in the model-sphere.

Great to see something unique being offered; I really don't need any more so-called "two-for-one" kits, paper panzers and absurd variants. Give me interesting, realistic kits or leave me alone.

Hopefully this might spur Takom on and they give us a proper AVLB based on their Chieftain.

Hey Gino,
Does the same luck apply to the new resin conversion to make the early M48 AVLB as used by the BW? Or do I have to start a conversion to prompt that in plastic?

No, you have to do the conversion. Resin sets don't satisfy the modeling Gods who then dictate which kits come in plastic.

Since I’ve already committed to and collecting the kits needed to do the M60 AVLB per your conversion I’ll just go ahead and ignore the Dragon release Like you pointed out you can also get an M48A5 too.

New pics and CAD showing the "2-in-1" feature. It will include parts for both an M60A1 hull and an M60A2 hull to build either an early or late M60 AVLB. It should be out soon as it is listed for pre-order at various suppliers.
