Probably a nice alternative for those who want to stay away from Panda

Never done one of their kits! How do they compare to some of the other players?

I built their 2S19 and was very pleased with it. Nice detail, good fit, enough accurate and correct instructions.

I've built only a couple of zvezda kits to date, but all have been excellent. In some cases, I would rather wait for the Zvezda offering of a given kit than buying one from some of the more expensive competition.

I might have to give 'em a try then. I'm just now starting to look at some of the newer vendors (Takom, Bronco, Hobby Boss etc.) Prior to that I've pretty much stuck with the old stand-bys: Tamiya, Trumpeter, Revell.

What a nasty beast! I'll have to look up more on its development & deployment history...

Maybe they'll do a 2s35-1 version also?
