IMHO, some of these items are practical in PE such as shoulder straps, gorgets, and belt buckles; but rank patches, collar tabs, and most uniform insignia are much easier to apply as decals, or rub-on transfers. and you're still going to have to use decals on the shoulder straps (unless you can do as good a job by brush)!

While these are really a great way to up the detail on your figurines they must be an absolute fumbly beast to use.

Looks like a nice little kit. Presumably they meant Heer, not Wehrmacht.
