I was wondering of any of you have ever made an order from Leopard Club? How long does it typically take to receive orders from them? Placed an order on May 24th and have yet to receive anything from them, no tracking numbers or updates however, my account does show the order being paid for. Any thoughts.

I have and it takes about 8 weeks or so to reach me in Western Canada. Every order has arrived so far.

Hi DJ. You had a mail saying your order would be posted the following day. I have proof of posting that it was sent on 25 May. I don't do tracked post unless it is specifcally asked for. This is explained on the website. I am sorry your order has not arrived, but as Greg says, US post can be slow sometimes.

Thanks for responding, just to be clear if it came across as a complaint it wasn't. I did in fact receive that email, just nothing since then. I was just wondering and was getting concerned as packages here in the states have a tendency of disappearing from our residence while home owners are away. I realize orders do take time coming from overseas and I'll wait patiently. I understand you have no control over this.

It still shouldn't take this long. It could well have disappeared as you suggest, or just plain lost. It does happen. Give it another week or 10 days and please contact me direct at [email protected] if it hasn't turned up. I will resend it.
