RIP Brian J Tears, Master pattern maker, modeler.
I was lucky enough to have had the chance to Know Brian. He was a generous person and a skilled and talented modeler. If you build panzer III's and IV's, You have probably built something by him and not even known it. Sadly he passed away yesterday.

Sad to hear. I received a kit from him, older Dragon Panzer III comprised of many bits and pieces of several kits along with instructions on what to do with them to make a DAK version I wanted. I looked up our old email exchange and he did mention he had the extra parts because he did the masters for TMD.

Very sad news, I never met him but had the chance to chat and exchange e-mails for long time. A good person, generous and always willing to help, not to mention his mastering skills and deep knowledge of Panzer III.

He will be missed, rest in peace.
