I’m looking for photos of Husky TSV, particularly the Heavy variant (L57A1 PWS w .50 cal). I have the Accurate Armour conversion, but am having hard time finding decent reference photos of the variant to help with the build. Anybody?

Thanks,
Mario

Hi Mario,

I have the Heavy Conversion also and am waiting for the resin wheels to turn up before I start. The following pics are the only ones I have managed to come across on the net so far. Granted I haven't really gone to town on a search though. I'm thinking the first and last pictures are the same vehicle due ot the angle that the wire cutter is bent at and the placement of the sat comms antenna.

Wow, some great photos there, thanks guys! I really appreciate the help.

I love Accurate Armour stuff but the instructions in the Husky conversion set could be a bit more informative. I’m building the rear cargo bay at the moment and I had problems installing the Heavy specific PE pieces. These photos should help a lot.

Btw, I also found Military Machines International have a feature on Husky in their May 2012 issue. Heavy TSV is on cover so I hope the issue deal with this variant.

Max, have you seen Red Zebra set of stowage for Husky? I thought of trying that one as well...

Cheers,
Mario

I have had a look at it yes but it looks too generic. I think I'll sort my own stowage out when it comes time to fill the back end.

Nice find, thanks Frenchy. A bit above my skill set though.

And the blue kinetic rope, and licence plate.

Mario, have a go at the Tarian Rocket Propelled Grenade Armour System; I’m keen to do it, too. May even get the kit just for that. Damn it, HP😀🤔 hobbyeasy, my go to for online models, even has this on sale with the Meng wheel set, too! Aghhhhhh

Looking in to this, and I reckon this could be done with either pe or 3D printing, with the right info.
