I like the idea of having the shipping cost on the sample spreadsheet after Jim mails and Darren mails stuff out.

I would normally have to wait till I get the package and then give the amount to wife to budget in to the bills. So now when I get the email that Jim has mailed out something, I can quickly look at the spreadsheet and give my wife the amount quicker than before.

This has been done in order for me to keep track of what is going on when assigning items to members. Costs for postage are so high now and have been for some time that postage out of the USA that this is the only way to continue sending samples to members for review.

With that said this method does make it easy for members to find the costs and have an idea of the cost of postage to them when asking for items.
