Question: Has anyone ever seen an M1117 carrying a spare tire? I have an old V-150 which was destroyed in an accident and I thought I might salvage one of its tires for an M1117 I've just ordered.

AFAIK, the M1117 runs on specially designed run-flat tires, so no spare needed (depending on the tire damage though )...

Thanks! I've heard about airless tires too, which are interesting. But apparently they overheat at higher speeds.
