Has any company ever released a Polaris MRZR or a GD Flyer in 1/35 scale?

Yes, Airborne Miniatures has released an MRZR... http://airborne-miniatures.blogspot.com/p/polaris-rzr-sw-assembly.html
And Maim does one, too https://www.modernarmies-in-miniatures.de/maim-catalog/maim-figures/scale-1-35/atv-ranger-polariz-military-version-1-35_maim-/-front46_maim35555.html
Good luck with that.

One more question. Is there a conversion for M1165 based GMV or any other HMMWV GMV? I thought that Pro Art Model did one.

I did the airborne miniatures Polaris RZR-SW and it is a very nice resin kit. I replaced some of the tubular parts of the roll cage to simplify cleanup, but other than that it went together very well. The included figures are excellent, but required just a little trimming to get them to sit down in the seat. I also added the bars on the outside of the seats shown in some pics that may have contributed to the fit of the figures. I also subbed in a Live Resin Mk48 instead of the kit one for ease of assembly with a little modification. The tie down strap on the spare tire needs to be carried underneath and through the roll cage. I modeled mine after an internet pic of a SF RZR with an operator and a Carl Gustav strapped on the cargo area.
Check my photos in the photos link above this post for pics of the model and the reference pic.
It was a very enjoyable kit, one I would very much like to do again. Good luck
