Takom Panther A? That part in the kit I have is in the drive line sprue, M. The sprue marking looks more like an E than an M.

I was cutting the sprue to remove the part when I noticed another part was missing. I found it inside the bag loose. It had been sheered off, not twisted or bent off like I've seen in the past. Strange, so I recommend checking all the bags for loose parts.
