Awesome work. This really looks realistic adding the wire and hoses really makes the model look like the real thing.

Very nice work on all of the spaghetti. Top-notch weathering as well.

John,
Fantastic work; the cabling etc makes all the difference, and I hope to use your pictures as reference when I (eventually) start mine.
May I ask what you used for reference or did you go East and look at the real thing?
Clearly a lot of work but an outstanding model.

Hello and thanks!
I used the references from this site http://svsm.org/gallery/406mm_2a3 which is found with a Google search. But the best site is here http://walkarounds.scalemodels.ru/v/walkarounds/afv/after_1950/Kondensator/ which is not found through a Google search. If you Google on Scalemodels.ru and write the name of the object that you need info of in the Search box you will find several walkaround sites that are not found with a Google search. Hope that will help.

John,
Many thanks; clearly not a task for the faint-hearted!
Those are excellent sites. I think I'd better start collecting electrical cables and solder straight away!
Thanks again.

Beautiful and enviable build. My only point would be that a selective wash would have made details pop out better. Glad that they never found a reason to use these in battle!
