yes, I plan to use the whole set and additionally a set Griffon model L35A058.

Speaking as "the chassis guy" I love all the extra underbody details and those new front tires drive me out of my gourd. Great stuff, will keep watching !*!*!*!*!*!*!*!

If you're going all out, Griffon also makes a set for the folding slats panels. They were "3D" in real life, not flat as in the kit.

Very nice work. The Griffon sets add a lot of detail to the kit which has some simplifications. Keep at it!

I can't wait to see how this beauty comes along and in what context. These were such expensive and awesome vehicles that had a huge variety of camouflage paint jobs. There's so many options with these and it makes watching the building of them a lot of fun. Best of luck!

Good call on revising those spring mounts - but do know that either solution would look good!

I used this set which is MUCH more accurate than the PE provided in the kit or other "detail" sets. But they are a pain to do. Make a "jig" with the end pieces and top and bottom "rails" and then fill in the middle part for strength.
