Very nice representation of the T56-6 CVC (Combat Vehicle Crewman) helmet, a.k.a. "Bone Dome", that was first issued in 1961. In 1973 the T-56-6 was replaced by the DH-132 AVC (Armored Vehicle Crewman) helmet (modern one still in use today). It was still utilized by some Army Reserve or National Guard units throughout the 1970s.

Good news for 70's IDF fans.

Looking at both types of mic booms, was one type earlier or later, or were both more or less simultaneous variants?
I have one with the "thin" wire mic boom at home.
