I'm no expert but the pictured truck is a FWD Model B truck,



whereas kit #3501 is a Nash-Quad...



Maybe you could convert the latter into the former ?

Ok, I see. But the wheels look different to me, more like a disc design with holes instead of spokes. Think ICM offers some different models right?
After a quick search I found out it's a ICM future release (at Hannants).
Resicast offers two FWD, but I'm not a real fan of their quality in resin.
So I'll wait for ICM to release their FWD.

For the time being, ICM has released the Class-B Standardized Military Truck a.k.a "Liberty Truck"



Other FWD trucks in British service (their cargo beds look quite similar to the soon-to-be-released ICM kit one) :
