Long story
A while ago. I asked for help with building a m60a2 from the tamiya m60a1e1, and two persons who served on a2s sent me a lode of info witch I saved. Unfortunately a little later I was sent a worm that instigated automatically fdisk this resulted in a total loss of my hard drive. So if you sent me the info and I know I have not responded to you, please can you send it again?as i can only remember bits
thank you in advance

Hi I was a gunner on an M-60A2 from 1976 when we got them new, until 1978.
If you are building the tamiya kit,and not the resin add ons,I can help.

Ok,I will load up some fresh pictures of mine from the Cold War Cook Off contest soon.
The box art on the Tamiya box is helpful.
If you have an M-48 ,use THAT searchlight. The light in the A2 box is bad,
Put mesh in the bottom, and lower section of the bustle rack behind the turret.
On the coupola, put 3 lifting eyes,120 degrees apart, the box art shows them.
lower the front periscope cover on the driver's area.
put 2 subtle rain channel grooves fron the opening on the driver's area towards the front. One on either side of the center periscope.
Add a handle on the loader's hatch on the left of the turret, between the periscope hatch on the hatch, and the forward edge.
add diagonal braces back to the front slope from the headlight guards

here's a start
