watching the news, I have notice some US army wearing 3 tone color camo.base color appear to be deck tan,blob pale green(field gray?) and streak of red brown.
Is this right color,or I am wrong?

Yes, it was known as DCU (Desert Camo Uniform), or 3-color DCUs. It was actually phased out in Apr '08 and no longer authorized for wear by the Regular Army. Special Ops wore it much longer, some still wear it.

But it is pale green, not blue. Looks like FS34552 might work, if anybody makes it.

I used the Tamiya colors from the instructions, and they matched up well with my archived uniforms I wore in Desert Shield/Desert Storm:
