A simple question, I hope ....
Working on a Sherman V, 6th South African Armored. Scheme is Light Mud / Blue Black. I am having the TC poking out of the open hatch. When the Brits re painted the tank would they have bothered repainting the inside of the hatches or just left it the factory OD? I'd think OD. All the period photos I've found were taken at ground level. Only one I found with a half way helpful view was of a Firefly in SCC15 which wasn't much help. Also, asked before but haven't heard anything, Tank is an Artillery Observation Post. Would TC's beret be arty blue or armor black?
