The US Army now wears multi-cam but what about AFV and Helo crews?

Yes, there are OCP (Operational Camo Pattern), actual Army name for the pattern since Multi-Cam is a commercial name/brand, flight suits and CVC (Combat Vehicle Crewmen) uniforms.
