Is there a way to increase the font size used for the body text of reviews, articles, etc. My old eyes have trouble with what I see now.

Depends what computer platform you are talking about. If it’s windows based, I think you can hold down control, then press + or - to zoom in and out of the entire page.

In most web browsers you can zoom the page, as mentioned above, or just enlarge the font (without zooming other page components).
