I'm usually an 1980s and earlier fan of IDF stuff but got a good deal on the Meng GAL BATASH kit.

I've got a set of Valkyrie's 1980s IDF crewmen that are sitting in the stash.

If I swap the heads for ones with "modern" US tanker helmets can I use the 80s guys?
