I've just discovered ICM releasing W. O. T. 6 and 8 British trucks, but when I try to look them up I cannot find any actual references on Wikipedia or anywhere.

That's what I assumed originally, but then I decided it couldn't be right.

Or it could just be another..... Waste Of Time
Unless there is something very different about your version of Google search I fail to see how you can't find information on these vehicles to satisfy your curiosity through a simple search. The kit itself has even been reviewed by Darren Baker on this very site.

Hi Tom,
There's plenty of pictures but not many articles.
I found one, in Dutch, on the Dutch Wikipedia, which describes the entire series of W.O.T. (often called just WOT) trucks. (And also why the company was called Fordson and not Ford.)
Just use your browser's "translate to English" function.
https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fordson_WOT
They made about 130000 of them. The Soviets used them too.
Rgds,
Marc
