Following the announcement of Dragon's pre-built 1/72 Strykers, now 3R model is producing an M1128 Stryker MGS according to moxdao.com.

Judging by the finish on the model (in the accompanying photo), this appears to be a pre-built pre-painted piece. I can't find any other reference to the model at the moment.
