The Tamiya kit looks more accurate as far as the suspension to the ground, is the MENG kit more accurate overall?

Will the Tamiya wheels fit on the Meng axles?...A quick upgrade! Kitbash the two models wherever parts are interchangeable.

If I can use the Meng wheels on the Tamiya kit maybe the better way to go. Or maybe the lower hull of the Tamiya kit and the Upper hull of the Meng since the Meng kit sits a little high for sure

The distance from the ground to the hull would be dependant on if the tank was fully loaded and its age.
Surely the Meng suspension can be altered by adjusting the swing arms, even if it means removing a locating tab.

Are there and build articles out there which show how to fix the suspension to fix how the tank sits by chance.

Have you established it is incorrect then? What's your source?

Don't trust pictures of abandoned or knocked out tanks because suspension failure was one reason the tank was abandoned and fires would also cause suspension failure. Some museum pieces have this problem too.
Go with a completely equipped serviceable tank.
